Meet your Instructors
Leo Grutters
Leo Grutters is a Construction Engineer and a Dispute Management Expert with nearly 40 years of professional experience. He holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. As a Member of FIDIC's President's List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators he has been involved as an independent neutral expert in many large prestigious international engineering projects involving such wide-ranging sectors as roads, railways, power generation & distribution, off-shore, marine, renewable energies, etc. He has extensive experience in international contractual dispute management procedures such as Adjudication, Dispute Boards and Arbitration. He regularly lectures on Dispute Management Methodologies, Proactive Contract Administration Systems & Procedures and he is a regular speaker at related international events.
His biggest ambition is to make the dispute world a friendlier place, where facts, logic and common sense prevail. C2S Campus is a natural extension of that ambition.
Taner Dedezade
Taner Dedezade is an international construction barrister, dispute resolver, published author and world-renowned speaker.
In his work as an international construction barrister, Taner specialises in the resolution and avoidance of disputes arising out of international construction and engineering projects, particularly under the FIDIC forms. Taner represents both international contractors and employers and is particularly skilled as an advocate before FIDIC dispute boards and ICC arbitral tribunals.
As a dispute resolver, Taner passionately believes in dispute prevention and is skilled in facilitating the resolution of disputes. He has acted as a both a DB Member and ICC arbitrator in relation to international construction projects. Taner is a Fellow of the CIArb and is on the FIDIC President's List of Approved Adjudicators. He is on the TECBAR, SCCA, CCI of Romania, GIAC and CDRC panels of arbitrators.
Taner is a world-renowned speaker, a FIDIC-certified trainer, FIDIC trainer of the Year 2020, and has delivered numerous lectures and two-day workshops around the world. He delivers FIDIC lectures annually on the King’s MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. He has trained Members of the FIDIC President’s List and FIDIC Certified Trainer on the FIDIC 2017 Form.

Once we have reviewed your submission and conducted a brief interview with you, you will receive further instructions regarding payment and other logistics.
