During a Site Visit an issue comes up that seems to be contentious. It relates to the interpretation of a specific contract clause. During the debate, the Contractor turns to you and says: „So, what is the correct interpretation?“
What do you do?
Situation 2
Your appointment as a DB is coming to an end in two months‘ time. The project was a success and the parties are happy with your involvement. The Employer sends you an e-mail with a copy to the Contractor requesting you to make a proposal to conduct a series of workshops for staff members in the employer‘s back office starting a week after your appointment ends.
